The Manual rollsizer uses the same rolling parts as the DC unit, but requires manual cranking (or your own electric drill). The crank effort required is minimal.

The rollsizer can be connected to your Dillon case feeder using the standard supplied hose and adaptor clip or connected to other case feeder types with some modifications. As of January 2023 we will have adaptor clip / hose assemblies to connect to a Lyman Casefeeder with the Twist style locking adaptor. This is a separate order and cannot be exchanged with the Dillon adaptor / hose supplied as standard.

No, you cannot upgrade the manual rollsizer to a DC drive at a later stage with parts from a DC rollsizer. The gearbox internals are different. We get asked this regularly and the answer is still the same.

The rollsizer is supplied with 1/4″ hex drive bits to connect your portable drill to the rollsizer. Simply remove the crank handle and insert the hex bit into your drill and the bolt fitted into the end of the crank handle shaft and run it. These are available at most hardware stores and should be replaced when they start showing wear.

That’s it, too easy.

Please note, all Rollsizer.com machines come with a Tube and adaptor to suit a Dillon casefeeder As Standard supply. The rollsizer should be mounted to your work bench for best operation.

Calibre conversion discs and drop tubes are selected automatically when you use the “Buy a Rollsizer” tab. this will ensure you purchase the correct parts.

A copy of the Operation and Maintenance manual is available via the Support tab below. This will be regularly updated and expanded as we identify improvements so ewe recomend you look for updates when you receive your machine.
